When we find a property that matches or near matches your criteria, we will organise a viewing for you.

Once the sales and purchase agreement has been fully signed we will co-ordinate the whole process for you -this includes, tracking and chasing up documents, hand delivering documents to your lawyer, arranging second viewings where needed, making sure that the sales and purchase conditions have been followed through, tracking lawyers and bank loans and assisting you with settlement.
